It's frustrating, but it just means that I'm providing my baby with everything it needs to be healthy!

Right now, I'm mostly just walking because running makes me sick. My doctor says it's okay for me to run, so hopefully I'll feel better in a few weeks and I can get some running it. My offer still stands though, if you want to come out and walk with me on Saturday mornings. I'm not leading a group any more, so we can do it with the 5:45am group or the 6:45am group!Candicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14949278638050935838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-223220357274850384.post-30269907735431981332008-09-16T21:06:00.000-05:002008-09-16T21:06:00.000-05:00I'll keep you in my prayers. Are you still running?Chrissy (Cooper) Whittenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15700963712264824821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-223220357274850384.post-22188152991464245542008-09-16T15:27:00.000-05:002008-09-16T15:27:00.000-05:00Thanks for the link, Dave!I will try some of these...Thanks for the link, Dave!

I will try some of these, but for the most part they seem to be more for nausea - which I'm not having. I had that for 2 weeks about a month ago with only a couple bouts of vomiting, and then I was fine for 2 weeks, and now I just randomly puke with no warning, no nausea, nothing. My tummy feels perfectly fine until the moment I start vomiting!Candicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14949278638050935838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-223220357274850384.post-14537131837334441892008-09-16T14:01:00.000-05:002008-09-16T14:01:00.000-05:00You're sick because you are pregnant and in your f...You're sick because you are pregnant and in your first trimester. Sometimes there is no getting around it. Put on your big girl panties and deal with it! :)

My wife suffered terribly from morning sickness. Her first pregnancy she also had an ulcer, which made things worse.

The good news is that your sickness will probably stop in a month or so. Here is a website that gives some tips that may or may not help.
http://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/morningsickness.htmlEthiopian Eliteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12597610504125824602noreply@blogger.com
