candice i have missed you!! thanks so much for your suggestions about the immunizations. I did both things and they really seemed to help! She ran a fever the whole next day and was definitely feeling rotten but I'm sure it would have been a lot worse! thanks again and cannot wait to see an update on nate!

Although I have run a full 26.2 mile marathon, I am currently training for my 3rd half-marathon, with hopes to do a 50k (30 mile) trail race within the next year.
